DIRECTOR OF OVERSEAS INVESTMENT 

JOB DUTIES:  Responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s investments in foreign markets. Plan, direct, and coordinate all overseas investing activities of the company. Develop and execute investment strategies for overseas markets aligned with the company’s objectives. Conduct comprehensive research and due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and risk assessment. Develop or analyze information to assess the current or future financial status of invested companies. Analyze and classify risks and investments to determine their potential impacts. Evaluate and negotiate investment terms, agreements, and contracts. Monitor and manage the organization’s overseas portfolio. Provide regular updates and reports on the performance and outlook of overseas investments. Salary range: $236,038 to $256,038/year.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any related field, plus five (5) years of investment operations, investment portfolio management/analysis, financial accounting, or related experience working for a global investment firm.

This position also requires at least five (5) years of experience in:

• Managing and/or analyzing large-scale, complex investment portfolios across various industries;

• Financial analysis and planning;

• Conducting due diligence and research on valuation of invested companies; and

• Preparing operational or risk reports for management review/analysis.

SYSTEMS ENGINEER 

JOB DUTIES:  Perform site-specific engineering analysis or evaluation of energy efficient solar power system designs for commercial or utility scale projects; assist in the integration of battery energy storage systems (BESS) which includes DC blocks, PCS, EMS, transformers, etc. for commercial and utility scale projects; provide design and drawings for BESS solutions; review single line drawings, communication wiring diagrams, and BESS system layouts; develop and improve Python-based optimization tool to determine the most cost-effective augmentation strategies for BESS; utilize  electrical/power systems knowledge to identify & drive solutions for large scale utility projects; create revenue analysis tool to quantify the financial benefits of integrating  energy storage into existing solar power plants; coordinate with internal (project managers, product engineers, sales teams) and external (end customers, contractors, vendors) stakeholders to ensure successful project integration; and track issues and drive root cause identification and resolution with cross-functional teams. Salary range: $100,714 to $120,714/year.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering field, plus two (2) years of experience in electrical/power systems engineering in at least one of the following: renewable energy, PV, battery storage, EPC, generation systems design, and/or Microgrid.

ALTERNATIVE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering field.

This position also requires education or experience in: Analog electronic circuits; Digital signal processing; Power grid and electrical circuits analysis; Transmission lines and transient responses; and SCADA, EMS, or similar grid control systems.
